ASVAB Mastery provides online practice tests, study materials, and educational resources to help users prepare for the Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB) exam. We offer both free and premium subscription tiers.

3. User Accounts

4. Subscription and Payments

Free Trial

New premium subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged.

Billing

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify our pricing. Any price changes will be communicated in advance and will not affect your current billing cycle.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Copy, distribute, or reproduce our content without permission
• Use automated systems to access the service
• Attempt to circumvent any security measures

ASVAB Mastery is an independent educational platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the U.S. Department of Defense, any branch of the U.S. Armed Forces, or the official ASVAB program.

Our practice materials are designed to help you prepare for the ASVAB but do not guarantee any specific score or outcome. Actual ASVAB test content may differ from our practice materials.

8. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ASVAB MASTERY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.
